The Car Wash Associate creates great car wash shopping experiences for our customers.

The Car Wash Associate reports to the Car Wash Manager and to the General Store Manager. The primary responsibility of the Car Wash Associate is to promote quality washes with great customer wash experiences.

Major duties include but are not limited to:

• Execute frequent inspections of the assigned grounds wash and vending asset to maintain cleanliness.
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash and vending equipment.
• Perform necessary vehicle pre-wash inspections for items that may cause damage to wash equipment or other customers.
• Administer lane and tunnel flow management.
• Respond to customer complaints with prescribed protocol.
