Duties of a
Car Wash Manager
The Car Wash Manager promotes quality washes with great customer experiences through asset management.
The Car Wash Manager reports to the District Operations Manager and indirectly to the General Store Manager. The primary responsibility of the Car Wash Manager is to promote quality washes with great customer wash experiences in order to optimize the return on investment of the asset.
Major duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a trained crew necessary to staff the established hours of operation in accordance with the allowable hours assigned by the General Store Manager.
- Execute a daily inspection of the assigned grounds wash, vacuum and vending asset using the Wash Asset Condition Exam and address elements not to standard.
- Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuum and vending equipment.
- Maintain adequate supply of wash chemicals, vacuum and vending products.
- Assure vendor deliveries are being completed properly and in compliance with policy.
- Administer cash and inventory control through execution of company systems.
- Maintain a safe wash environment.
- Administer to customer damage claims while maintaining adequate records of same as directed.
Qualified candidates have management experience, good mechanical skills, able to stand on their feet for 8-12 hrs and great customer service.
