Food Service Manager
The Food Service Manager builds a High Performance Team, Delivers Customer Satisfaction and Manages the Product Offerings & Achieves Financial Goals.

The primary responsibility of a Buc-ee's Food Service Manager is to sustain an optimum level of CLEAN, FRIENDLY and IN-STOCK in the store asset assigned. The Food Service Manager reports to the General Store Manager and the District Food Service Manager.
You will receive training necessary to execute the following elements to a very high standard:
- Recruit, train and manage a crew of 20-80 people
- Build a high performance team
- Deliver customer satisfaction
- Manage the product offerings
- Achieve financial goals
Requirements:
- Business acumen
- History of integrity and service
- Passion for the retail business
- Solid references for achieving great customer service, team leadership and work ethic
- Related management experience is preferred
- Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Food Service Managers are required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week including most weekends and holidays and be available 24/7 for store needs.
