Duties of a
Food Service Associate
The Food Service Associate creates great food service shopping experiences for our customers.
The Food Service Associate reports to the Food service Manager but also takes direction from the Store Assistant Manager or Team Leader.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execution of Clean, Friendly and In-Stock experience to every customer.
- Maintain Food Safe Handling procedures.
- Maintain equipment safety procedures.
- Preparation of assigned day-part food service products.
- Monitor food quality, consistency and waste.
- Solving customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Completion of prescribed elements listed on shift duty list with heavy emphasis on cleaning.
- Satisfactory communication with store management and fellow sales associates.
