The Store Co-Manager provides assistance to performing the duties of the General Store Manager.

The Store Co-Manager reports to the General Store Manager. The primary responsibility of the Store Co-Manager is to perform the duties of the General Store Manager primarily in their absence. Specifically, afternoon shifts, weekends and holiday work will be required.

Major duties include but are not limited to:

  • Execute daily competitive fuel survey
  • Assure store staffing is compatible with scheduled hours
  • Administer daily asset inspection (A.C.E.)
  • Administer to necessary Repair & Maintenance
  • Complete all segments of the Daily Report
  • Prepare a daily cash deposit in the absence of the Store General Manager
  • Assure vendor deliveries are being completed properly and in compliance with policy
  • Maintain cash and inventory control through execution of company systems
  • Maintain a safe store environment
  • Assign shift duties and assure they are completed in a satisfactory manner
  • Promote customer satisfaction!
