The Barista creates great specialty beverage shopping experiences for our customers.

The Barista reports to the Barista Manager but also takes direction from the Store Assistant Manager or Team Leader.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execution of Clean, Friendly and In-Stock experience to every customer.
• Maintain Food Safe Handling procedures.
• Maintain equipment safety procedures.
• Preparation of assigned specialty beverage products in accordance with prescribed recipes.
• Solving customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Completion of prescribed elements listed on shift duty list with heavy emphasis on cleaning.
• Satisfactory communication with store management and fellow sales associates.
