Duties of a
Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager reports to the General Store Manager.
He/she should possess an aptitude for plumbing, carpentry, minor electronics and small engine mechanics.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organization and administration skills relative to maintenance equipment and storage.
- Developing, motivating and scheduling a team of 12-20 maintenance associates that promotes a "clean the clean" Company standard.
- Fuel dispensing parts replacement.
- Report or repair any equipment found to be in disrepair immediately to the Store General Manager.
- Landscape maintenance.
- Waste management.
- Ice production/replenishment management.
