The Maintenance Manager reports to the General Store Manager.

He/she should possess an aptitude for plumbing, carpentry, minor electronics and small engine mechanics. 

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organization and administration skills relative to maintenance equipment and storage.
  • Developing, motivating and scheduling a team of 12-20 maintenance associates that promotes a "clean the clean" Company standard.
  • Fuel dispensing parts replacement.
  • Report or repair any equipment found to be in disrepair immediately to the Store General Manager.
  • Landscape maintenance.
  • Waste management.
  • Ice production/replenishment management.
